How to play
Rummikub in a nutshell
Know these five things and you're ready for the table. The app walks you through the rest.
🎯 Empty your rack
Be the first player to lay down every tile from your rack onto the table.
🧩 Build sets
A group is 3–4 tiles of the same number in different colours. A run is 3+ tiles in a row, all one colour.
🔓 Open with 30
Your first play must total at least 30 points using only tiles from your own rack. A joker counts as the tile it stands in for.
🃏 Use jokers
A joker fills in for any tile a set needs. Reclaim it by replacing it with the exact tile — and reusing it the same turn.
🏆 Clear it first
The first player to empty their rack wins the hand. Ending your turn on an illegal board costs a three-tile penalty.
🎮 Just drag
Drag tiles to place them, rearrange the whole board once you've opened, and tap End Turn when every set is valid.
